You can download and should be sent through registered post to us duly filled and with all relevant documents on college address along with a demand draft of Rs.100/- in favour of Badal Bhoi Mahavidyalaya, Parasia, Chindwara (M.P) payable at Parasia, Chindwara (M.P).
